Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days.
  • Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 2 additional days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic (Australia):

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Carriers

We ship orders using Australia Post.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking.
  • Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to: Australia only.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Once handed to the carrier, shipping delays are outside our control.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@fabricfixstick.com within 10 business days so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.

If you need to make an update, please contact us immediately at info@fabicfixstick.com and we will do our best to assist.

Returns to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we will notify you.

Customers may choose between:

Receiving a refund minus shipping cost.

Your order is shipped in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging.
