Terms and Conditions**

1. Promoter

The promoter is Fabric Fix Stick (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

2.2. Entrants must have a valid Australian postal address to receive their prize.

2.3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1. The competition runs continuously throughout the calendar year.

3.2. Prize draws occur quarterly at the end of each quarter (31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December).

3.3. Entries received within each quarter will be included in that quarter’s draw only.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

4.1. Use a Fabric Fix Stick on their fabric furniture to repair pulls or snags.

4.2. Take before and after photos clearly showing the repair results.

4.3. Submit both photos to Fabric Fix Stick via the method specified by the Promoter (e.g. email, direct message, upload form).

4.4. Provide the required personal information, including full name, email address and Australian postal address (if selected as a winner).

4.5. Agree that the submitted photos may be used by the Promoter for marketing, promotional and advertising purposes in any media.

5. Entry Requirements

5.1. Photos must be original, unedited, and taken by the entrant.

5.2. Entries must demonstrate genuine use of the Fabric Fix Stick on fabric furniture.

5.3. Entrants must not include any identifiable individuals in submitted photos.

5.4. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must feature a different repair.

5.5. Entries from outside Australia will not be accepted.

6. Personal Information

6.1. To enter the competition, participants must provide accurate personal information, including:

• Full name
• Email address
• State of residence
• Australian postal address (required if selected as a winner)

6.2. Collected personal information will be used for:

• Verifying eligibility (including confirming Australian residency)
• Administering entries
• Contacting winners
• Delivering prizes

6.3. Personal information will not be sold, shared or disclosed to third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment.

6.4. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

7. Prizes

7.1. There are four (4) prizes to be awarded each year.

7.2. Each prize consists of a $100 Visa Gift Card.

7.3. One winner will be selected per quarter.

7.4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7.5. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

7.6. Prizes can only be sent to an Australian postal address.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

 

8.1. Winners will be selected at random from valid entries received during the relevant quarter.

8.2. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.

8.3. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter may redraw the prize.

9. Use of Submitted Content

9.1. By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display their submitted photos for promotional and marketing purposes in any media.

9.2. Entrants confirm they have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that their photos do not infringe any third-party rights.

10. General Conditions

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, including confirming Australian residency.

10.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

10.3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

User Responsibility

By using the Product, you acknowledge that you:

a. Are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of the Product for the fabric or furniture on which it is used;
b. Have read and will follow all instructions provided with the Product;
c. Will test the Product on a small, inconspicuous area prior to general use;
d. Accept full responsibility for any outcome, including, without limitation, damage to fabric, furniture, or other materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maddison Distributions Pty Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
• Loss of value, functionality, or appearance of any item;
• Personal injury, property damage, or economic loss;
• Any costs, expenses, or losses arising from or relating to the use or misuse of the Product.

This limitation applies regardless of whether liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.

No Warranties

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability;
• Fitness for a particular purpose;
• Non-infringement;
• Suitability for a specific fabric, furniture, or condition.

Safety and Precautions

The Product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

Use only as instructed. Improper use may result in injury or damage.

Do not use on delicate, fragile, or specialty fabrics where the Product may cause damage.

Governing Law

This Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Use of the Product constitutes your acceptance of this Disclaimer and the terms herein.
